Benjamin Capital Research is a founder-led government research contractor. It competes for individual research contracts, accepts subcontracted research from primes, and answers the question each contract or statement of work defines. The analysis is built from primary data and explicit, falsifiable frameworks: every judgment runs from event to mechanism to consequence to observable indicators, and carries the condition that would prove it wrong.

Contract research and analytical support
The work is decision support: every finding terminates in something a decision-maker can act on.
BCR conducts bounded, unclassified research on geoeconomic risk, strategic dependencies, supply chains, industrial capacity, economic-security questions, and the policy instruments acting on them. Engagements are scoped to the customer's question and may produce analytical reports, decision briefs, policy options analyses, scenario assessments, stakeholder synthesis and executive briefings. Scope, depth, and format are set by each contract or statement of work, and the deliverable is whatever answering the question requires.
Policy options and their consequences: what the available or proposed courses of action would produce, the tradeoffs, what would have to be true for each to work, what each would cost or foreclose, and the indicators showing whether it is working.
BCR does not take advocacy for a predetermined outcome, lobbying, or work where the conclusion is specified before the analysis.

Arizona's Strategic Exposure to Mexico-China Supply-Chain Integration, an open-source dependency assessment at U.S.-state level, is available as a sample on request. This independently produced assessment demonstrates how BCR would execute a bounded government research assignment. It was not commissioned by or prepared for a government agency.
How the research works

A transmission chain behind every claim
Event, then mechanism, then downstream consequence, then indicators, then the condition that would invalidate the read. Judgments are written so a reader can disagree at a specific link rather than in general.

Calls graded in public
Research calls are registered with dates and resolution windows before the outcome is known, then graded when they resolve. Wrong calls stay published at the same level of detail as right ones.

A daily primary-data pipeline
An automated pipeline pulls 290+ public macro and market series from primary sources, classifies the macro regime, and has produced 109 dated research runs since March 13, 2026.
